6. Payment and Fees

Payments between clients and service providers are processed through our secure escrow system.

Horizon Zenith charges a service fee for facilitating transactions, which will be disclosed before a project begins.

Funds held in escrow are released upon successful project completion, as agreed by both parties.

Disputes regarding payments will be resolved in accordance with our dispute resolution policy.

7. User Responsibilities

Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Clients must provide clear project requirements and timely payments.

Service providers must deliver work as agreed and maintain professional conduct.

Users may not engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or unethical activities.

8. Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes, Horizon Zenith offers a dispute resolution process to help mediate conflicts between clients and service providers. If a resolution cannot be reached, Horizon Zenith reserves the right to make a final decision based on available evidence.

9. Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

Provide false or misleading information.

Use the Platform for illegal or unauthorized purposes.

Attempt to manipulate ratings, reviews, or search results.

Share or misuse confidential information obtained through the Platform.

10. Intellectual Property

11. Limitation of Liability

Users may also request account deletion at any time.
